Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Some phone cases, accessories, or other products may require additional processing or production time after an order is placed. Any applicable processing information will be provided on the product page or during the ordering process.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Couzys primarily serves customers in the United States.

If international shipping is available for a particular order, the available shipping options, applicable costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

• Free Shipping: Orders over $100

Estimated Delivery Time

For U.S. orders, estimated shipping transit time is 7-14 business days after processing is complete.

The total estimated delivery time for U.S. orders is usually 8-17 business days, including both processing and shipping transit time.

These delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to appear or update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address

We can only update a shipping address before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges required by the destination country.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available for eligible returned items after we receive and inspect the return, or for approved order issues such as confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Refund Timing

If your refund is approved after inspection, Couzys will process the refund within 3-10 business days after the return inspection is complete.

Shipping Charges

Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by Couzys. If your case involves a shipping charge or replacement cost, we will explain the approved resolution during the return review.

Late Or Missing Refunds

No Unconditional Refund Promise
